  1. Booking Fee: A booking fee of £500 is required to secure an appointment (“Booking Fee”).
  2. Non-Refundable: The Booking Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation by you.

Transfer of Appointment Date: While the Booking Fee is non-refundable, you may transfer your appointment date once without an additional fee, provided you notify us in writing at least 10 days in advance (or as otherwise specified during the booking process). Further changes may be subject to additional administrative fees.

  1. You agree to pay the total fee for your chosen service, including the Booking Fee and any remaining balance, by the due date specified at the time of booking.
  2. Failure to settle outstanding balances by the specified due date may result in the cancellation of your appointment, with the Booking Fee forfeited.

  1. Cancellations by You:
    • If you choose to cancel your appointment entirely, the Booking Fee is non-refundable.
